Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all manual orders over $30. Subscribers receive free shipping on subscription orders over $15 and manual orders over $25.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Do I have to sign up for a Subscription?

Nope! While customers have the option to subscribe to many of our products, a subscription is not required when placing any orders on harrys.com, including those with the Starter Sets.

Can I send a gift from Harry's to my friends?

While we don’t offer giftable subscriptions at this time, you can absolutely send any item from our Products page as a gift. Just a heads up, we’re not currently able to include a gift message with orders. While we do not offer gift receipts, we ship
